Founding Season — Week 0 Giveaway
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Organizer
Saturday Index organizes and administers this giveaway.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at entry. Employees and household members of the Organizer are not eligible. One entry per person and Saturday Index account. Multiple accounts or X identities may result in disqualification.
3. Entry period
Entries open August 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time and close August 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time. The Organizer’s server clock controls.
4. How to enter
Create or sign in to a free Saturday Index account using an email address and password, provide a valid X handle, accept these Official Rules, follow @Saturdayindexfb, and repost the official giveaway post during the entry period. An X handle without a Saturday Index account is not an entry. No X OAuth connection is required. Like is not required. The X account must remain verifiable through winner confirmation.
5. Prize
Ten winners each receive one Saturday Index Premium Subscription, non-renewing and attached to the winning Saturday Index account through January 26, 2027. Approximate retail value: $49.00 per prize and $490.00 total. The prize is nontransferable, has no cash value, and no substitution is permitted except as required by law.
6. Selection and verification
After the entry period, the Organizer will use a server-authoritative random draw to select 10 provisional winners and 10 ordered alternates from eligible entries. Provisional winners and alternates are subject to manual verification of the account, follow, repost, eligibility, and one-entry limit. A disqualified or unreachable provisional winner may be replaced by the next eligible alternate.
7. Odds
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Notification and publicity
Provisional winners may be contacted using their Saturday Index account email or public X handle. Except where prohibited, acceptance permits the Organizer to publish the winner’s Saturday Index display name in a privacy-limited winner list.
9. General conditions
The Organizer may disqualify entries involving fraud, automation, duplicate identities, inaccurate eligibility statements, or interference with the giveaway. If technical or legal circumstances prevent the giveaway from operating as intended, the Organizer may suspend, modify, or cancel it consistent with applicable law.
10. Release and limitations
By entering, each entrant agrees to release the Organizer and its service providers from claims arising from participation or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law. The Organizer is not responsible for unavailable networks, interrupted transmissions, or late, lost, corrupted, or misdirected entries beyond its reasonable control.
11. X platform acknowledgement
This promotion is not operated, endorsed, or administered by X. Entrants release X from responsibility relating to this promotion.
12. Privacy
Account and entry information is used to operate, secure, audit, and measure the giveaway. Email addresses and X handles are not included in public analytics or the public winner list. See the Saturday Index Privacy Policy.
